My last school mandated that every teacher use a data binder. We kept data from state assessments, report cards, guided reading, math and science scores in there. It was nice having data at the tip of our fingers and it's something I carried with me to my new district. I find it helps with meetings, ARDS, SATS and even parent conferences.
