And because Mr. Canada is a huge supporter of charter schools, to give you, the reader some balancing of this, I provide this article and the below video. Bottom line, schools do need to be transformed, charter schools are not the silver bullet, and public schools accept every child, regardless if the English language isn't thier first language or if they have a learning disability.
